biopardy opened up with the lightning round, and we ended up lucky, being able to go during the second half. i'm pretty sure it wouldn't of mattered, because we beasted. plain and simple, we beasted. so we moved onto the final round, against the harryplanters, and oh. we beasted some more.
teehee. one round won.
next was the mystery round, and i'm telling you, travis called it, haha. weeks before he'd tell us that we were going to have to find plants and tell them if they were dicots or monocots, and he was basically right, haha. so we got cotton, and from it having 4 leaves we were able to beast that round, too. everyone got that round, so. even!
then it was lunch, which also translated into the food round/getting changed for the fashion show. the night before we decided we were just going to turn the guys into plants again, so they got changed into tights, and while they were doing that, i went to present the cheesecake. that thing was. oh man! who knew soy cheesecake could pull through, haha. so travis came back and he served people and i went and found a sombrero anddddd helped the guys change.
fashion show! everyone did a really good job, actually. so we thought we completely lost. the guys played on the video, with the usual. anthony reading, nick being retarted, travis taking pictures of himself, and oh, get this-steven comes out and does the macarena. hahahaha. i swear. so i couldn't talk for this fashion show, because, oh yeah, they wanted me to talk because i uh you know, 'have a nice voice', yeah fuck you guys, haha. so erika was talking while me and danielle we laughing behind her. in the end. by some magical, mysterious way, we won that round. yeah, we don't get it either, haha.
THEN
CAPTAINS ROUND.
that was the most intense thing, ever! i swear.
all the captains were pretty astounded by all the questions and the fact that hoa was flailing like there was no tomorrow. but there happened to be times where anthony buzzed in and was right, and times where connor buzzed in and used his passes. haha. so the next round ended up being just that, connor, anthony and hoa. and after some questions, it turned into anthony vs. hoa. INTENSE. hoa kept buzzing in, but he'd get the questions wrong, but some right, so by the end of the round, we knew he had it, but nick! thank god for nick! he said they were tied, and turns out, they were! so they go into a final question, and i see my life flashing. and! its about pointsetta's! and by that you know, magical, mysterious way, ANTHONY GOT THE BUZZ IN and we WON. holy jesus shit, you have no clue how that felt.
after that they tallied the scores, and announced the order, from lowest to highest, and i know i've said before, but uh.
we won.
it feels really good, you know. so after jumping around, and screaming and laughing and you know, dr.nina crying, we all just had oooooone big group hug and it was nice.
biopardy was really good, and i enjoyed it a lot.
now my brain is dominated by plants and i have no where else to go with that, haha.
oh, also. i get 3 free 100's, and a guaranteed 90 on my midterm so even if i bomb, i'm a-okay.
(right now i'm listening to the acoustic 'such great heights' by ben gibbard. i really like his voice. talking voice, and singing voice, and all. anyway)
rushed to 9th period with 5 minutes left. jammed rice crispy treats into jules locker. we ate more in greco's class while being jubilant.
teeheeeeeeee great school day.
after school, me and rob went on one of those 'celebration' things, which isn't really a celebration but us feeding out bodies through mcdonald's and our minds through conversation with eachother. lol i like that sentence.
we sat in mcdonalds for about an hour just talking and eating talking and eating talking and eating.
the usual words of
"well rob, you take what you've got!"
"yeah sarah, well, i guess. well, right now, all i've got is you!"
"oh, really? i think you've always got me!"
i swear, the cheese running through my body is fucking immense, intense and not even tolerable anymore. wow.
after that, we moved our bodies all the way to linder (sounds like kinder, doesn't it? get the hint. teehee. :D lol, i kid) ave, in this little hidden park and we swang and exchanged questions like we usually do. and then i got kicked off the swing by some girl and i wormed my body over to the slide and layed in one while rob in the other and we talk talk talked more. i don't think i've ever talked to anyone so comfortably as him and dylan. among maybe 2 other people who aren't even in my life anymore and one who's working on it, i guess. who knows.
at about the time the latebus comes around we left and headed home. rob can't walk me home because he's a woose. if i keep making bets with him he's going to keep loosing. lol
